往氮化炉内不锈钢真空密封罐中通入氨气,加热到520℃,保持适当的时间,根据工件材质和渗层要求3-90小时不等,使渗氮工件表面获得含氮强化层,得到高硬度,高耐磨性,高疲劳极限和良好的耐磨性。
Introducing ammonia gas into a stainless steel vacuum sealing tank in a nitriding furnace, heating to 520 ℃, keeping an appropriate time, making the surface of the nitriding workpiece obtain the nitrogen-containing enhancement layer according to the requirements of the workpiece material and the infiltration layer for 3-90 hours, so as to obtain the high hardness, high wear resistance, high fatigue limit and good wear resistance.
操作方法:
1.渗氮前的模具必须是先经过正火或调质处理过的工件。
2.先用汽油和酒精擦洗工件表面,不得有锈斑、油污、脏物存在。
3.装入炉内后,对称拧紧炉盖压紧螺栓。
4.将炉罐和炉盖进水口通入冷却水进行循环水冷。炉盖上管道外水套下端为进水,上端为出水,炉罐单独进水,单独排水,炉盖所有水管可按低进高出原则串联,由一个口进水,一个口排水。
Operation method:
1. The mould before nitriding must be a workpiece that has been treated by normalizing or tempering.
2. Use gasoline and alcohol to scrub the surface of the workpiece to ensure it without rust, oil stain and dirt.
3. After loading into the furnace, tighten the furnace cover symmetrically and hold down the bolts. 4. Introducing cooling water into the water inlet of the furnace tank and the furnace cover for circulating water cooling. The lower end of the outer water jacket on the upper pipeline of the furnace cover is the water inlet, the upper end is the water outlet, the furnace tank is separately fed with and discharged water, and all the water pipes of the furnace cover can be connected in series according to the principle of low inlet and higher outlet, with water-inlet in one mouth and water-outlet in another mouth;
5.升温前应先送氨气排氧气,排气时流量应比使用时大一倍以上。排气10分钟后,将控温仪表设定到150℃,自动加热开关拨向开,边排气边加热,150℃保持2h排气,再将控温仪表设定到 530℃,把氨气流量调小,保持炉内正压,排气口有较小气流向上的压力,当炉温升到530℃时,恒温恒流渗氮3-20h,再将氨 气压力调大一点,让排气维持适中压力,渗氮4-70h,再将氨气压力调小,退氮1-2h,切断电源,停止加热,给少量氨气,使炉内维持正压,待炉温降到150℃以下方可停止供氨出炉。
5. Before heating, send the ammonia gas firstly and discharge the oxygen. When exhausting the gas, the flow rate shall be twice as large as that in use. After 10 minutes exhausting the gas, set the temperature control instrument to 150 ℃, turn on the automatic heating switch, exhaust the gas while heating, maintain the exhausting of gas for 2h at 150℃, then set the temperature control instrument to 530℃, reduce the ammonia flow rate, and maintain positive pressure in the furnace. There is small airflow upward pressure at the air outlet. When the temperature in the furnace rises to 530℃, nitride at a constant temperature and constant current for 3-20h; then adjust a little bigger the ammonia gas pressure, let the exhausting of gas maintain at a moderate pressure, and nitride for 4-70h; then reduce the ammonia pressure, denitride for 1-2h, cut off the power, stop heating, add a lsmall amount of ammonia gas, maintain a positive pressure in the furnace, and stop the supply of ammonia gas for out-of-furnace when the temperature in the furnace drops to 150 ℃ or below .
