砼成型后，当混凝土抗压强度大于10Mpa时开始拆模，拆摸时须注意避免碰伤砼边角，特别是凹凸的企口缝。

After the concrete molding, remove the formwork when the concrete compressive strength is over 10Mpa. Pay attention to avoid damages to the corners of the concrete, especially the tonguel and groove.

切缝时间要求：

Lancing time requirements:

确切掌握好切缝时间，过早切缝会导致缝缘损伤、石子松动，过晚切缝会使混凝土板发生不规则收缩裂缝。

Accurately grasp the lancing time. Too early lancing will lead to damages to the edge of the seam and loosening of the stones. Too late lancing will cause irregular shrinkage cracks to the concrete slabs.

施工前根据现场施工条件在室内做必要的水泥混凝土不同气温的强度增长曲线试验，结合现场切缝试验，确定在各种施工条件下水泥混凝土的切缝时间。

Before the construction, conduct necessary cement and concrete strength growth curve test in the room according to the site construction conditions, and combine with the site lancing test to determine the lancing time of the cement and concrete under various construction conditions.

当昼夜温差大、混凝土骨料为水成岩之类碎石时，切缝时间按混凝土强度低限控制。

When the temperature difference between day and night is large, and the concrete aggregate is the neptunic rock and other gravels, the lancing time shall be controlled according to the low limit of the concrete's strength.

当昼夜温差小，混凝土骨料为花岗岩、卵石等较硬的石料，切缝时间按混凝土强度的高限控制。

When the temperature difference between day and night is small, and the concrete aggregate is the granite, pebbles and other hard stones,  the lancing time shall be controlled according to the high limit of the concrete's strength.

确切的切缝时间在现场通过试切确定。

The exact lancing time is determined at the scene by trial.

切缝前先精确测定缝位，用墨线弹出标记，作切缝导向。

Before lancing, firstly make accurate determinations of the seam, mark with ink line for lancing guidance.

切缝后，随即用草绳将缝槽嵌堵严实，防止砂、石或其它杂质落入缝内。

After lancing, use straw ropes to cover the seams tightly so as to prevent the sand, stones and other impurities from falling into the seam.

为防止在切缝前混凝土道面发生不规则收缩裂缝，在日温差大、干燥地区，应每隔几条缝采用人工压缝。

In order to prevent irregular cracks in the concrete pavement before the lancing, artificial pressure seam shall be used every few seams in the areas with large daily temperature difference and in the dry areas.

嵌缝时间：

The lancing time:

在完成切缝、养生道面干燥后进行嵌缝，避免砂石或其它杂质掉入缝内，导致混凝土板在热胀时产生应力集中而损坏。

After completing the lancing and the health road surface drying, avoid the gravels or other impurities to fall into the seam, thus resulting in damages to the concrete plate due to the stress generated for the sake of thermal expansion.
