边角及凹凸企口缝位置先用插入式振动器靠近振捣，然后再用平板振动器纵横交错地全面振捣两次。

Carry out the vibration with the plug-in vibrator at the corner and tongue and groove locations firstly, and then use the flat-panel vibrator to fully vibrate for times crisscross. 

第一次振捣应放慢速度以利析浆，相隔15min后进行第二次振捣。

The first vibration shall slow down the speed to facilitate the analysis of the slurry and carry out the second vibration with an interval of 15 min.

第二次振捣主要配合削高填低，大致整平，速度可快一些。

The second vibration shall be assisted with levelling the high and filling the low-lying. Roughly leveling is ok, and the speed can be quicker.

振捣时应振捣至混凝土表面不再有显著下沉，不再出现气泡、表面灰浆基本平稳、模板边角处已充实均匀为准，使混凝土面层达到密实、平整、光滑。

Vibration shall go on till the concrete surface no longer has significant sinking or appears bubbles, the surface mortar is basically stable, and the corners of the formwork have been fully uniform, so that the concrete surface could be dense, even and smooth.

振捣时辅以人工找平，并随时检查模板有无下沉、变形或松动。

Vibration shall be supplemented by artificial leveling and check whether the formwork has sinking, deformation or loosening at any time.

表面修整、纹理制作：

Surface finishing and texture production:

混凝土摊铺、捣实，刮平作业完成后，采用饰面设备进一步整平，使混凝土表面达到要求的坡度和平整度。

After the completion of the concrete spreading, compaction and leveling work, use the finishing equipment for further leveling so that the concrete surface could achieve the required slope and flatness.

修整作业在混凝土仍保持塑性和具有和易性的时候进行，以确保从表面清除水份和浮浆。

The finishing work shall be carried out while the concrete is still plastic and easy to handle so as to remove the moisture and floating slurry from the surface.

表面的低洼处，不得填以表面的浮浆，必须用新制混凝土填补与修整。

At the low-lying places of the surface, surface floating slurry shall not be allowed to fill in, and they must be filled and trimmed with new concrete.

为便于做面，采用φ15cm的无缝钢管制成滚筒来回滚动柔浆，以使表面更加平整均匀。

In order to facilitate the surface, use the φ15cm seamless steel pipe to make into rollers to roll back and forth the soft slurry, so that the surface is more even and uniform.

施工中随时清理滚筒表面粘附结硬的水泥浆。

Clean the sticking hard cement slurry on the surface of the cylinder at any time during the construction.
