Up till now, the academic circle has no unified definition of Internet finance. It is a virtual financial market and an invisible market that completely relies on the Internet platform to combine the financial products with the financial market participants, thus eliminating the labor costs and ensuring the low-cost and high efficient operation of the market. This model is based on Internet information technology, which is different from the direct financing and also different from the indirect financing. It weakens the functions of the traditional financial instruments and makes the market participants more flexible and variable. It is the zero threshold financial participation models in the true sense. Internet finance is a kind of transaction way that the Internet enterprise provides financial service to the demanders, and the transaction behaviors formed on the basis of mutual understanding and trust.
