除双方另有约定外，甲乙双方合作期间，若双方未针对附件二所列明的品类品牌之外的其他品类, 品牌产品的采购另行签订协议约束的，则均受本协议约束，乙方须提供产品价目表并加盖公章或合同章作为本协议的附件。

Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, during the cooperation between Party A and Party B, if both parties fail to sign an agreement separately for the purchase of additional categories and brand products other than the categories and brands listed in Annex II, they shall be bound by this agreement and Party B shall provide the list of product price with official seal or contract seal as an Annex to this agreement.

本协议由正文、附件、双方通过系统确认的信息及甲方发布的通知组成，正文、附件，确认信息及通知与本协议具有同等效力。

This agreement shall consist of the text, annexes, information confirmed by both parties through the system and the notice issued by Party A. The text, annexes, the confirmed information and the notice shall have the same effect as this agreement.

双方通过系统确认的信息，一经确认立即生效。

Once the information confirmed by both parties through the system is confirmed, it will come into force immediately.

如法律法规及业务调整，甲方可制定相关规则并通过系统、邮件方式通知乙方，如乙方有异议，应于通知发布之日起7日内提出书面异议，与甲方进行协商。

In case of adjustment in the laws and regulations and business, Party A may formulate relevant rules and notify Party B through the system and mail mode. In case Party B has any objections, it shall put forward the written objection within 7 days from the date of issuance of the notice and consult with Party A.

如系统发布的通知与本协议约定不一致，以公布生效日期或签署日期在后的文件为准执行。

In case the notice issued by the system is inconsistent with the provisions of this agreement, it shall be subject to the document with later effective date or signing date released.

指甲乙双方协商一致后的产品供价，该价格为乙方向市场提供该产品的最优价格。

It refers to the price of the product after consensus by both parties, which is the optimal price of the product that Party B provides to the market.

指在国内（在本协议及相关附件中指中国大陆地区，不包含港澳台地区）没有经过原生产厂家所指定的销售代理而进行销售的产品。

Refer to the product that has not been sold through the sales agent specified by the original manufacturer in the domestic area (refers to the Mainland of China in this agreement and the relevant Annexes, excluding the Hong Kong and Macao area).
