    为了进一步提高摩托车/电动车/汽车司机的人身安全，减少车祸造成的死亡人数，公安部交通管理局最近在全国范围内开展了“一盔一带”安全行动，其要求各地公安机关的交管部门应提升大家骑车配戴头盔，开车佩戴安全带的意识。同时鼓励相关行业主管部门和商家实行“买电动自行车送头盔”和“买保险送头盔”等活动，逐渐让“一盔一带”的意识深入人心。据调查，摩托车、电动车、汽车是造成交通事故丧生事件频繁发生的主要车辆。适当佩戴头盔和系紧安全带可以有效减少60%至70%的车祸风险。公安部交管局建议广大司机和乘客，无论是骑摩托车还是电动汽车，都要戴上头盔和系紧安全带，确保你和你所爱的人的安全。

      To further enhance the personal safety of motorcyclists /electric bicycle riders /automobile drivers and reduce the number of deaths caused by traffic accidents, the Traffic Administration Bureau, Ministry of Public Security recently launched an acitivity with the theme of “Every driver should wear a helmet or safety belt”, which requires local traffic control departments to raise the people’s awareness of wearing helmets and fastening their safety belts during their riding and driving. At the same time, relevant industry authorities and stores are encouraged to carry out activities such as “buying electric bicycles with free helmets” and “buying insurance with free helmets” so as to make the awareness of “Every driver should wear a helmet or safety belt” deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. According to the survey, motorcycles, electric bicycles and automobiles are the main vehicles that cause the traffic accidents and deaths. Wearing the helmets and fastening the safety belts can effectively reduce the risk of traffic accidents by 60% to 70%. The Traffic Administration Bureau, Ministry of Public Security advises all drivers and passengers to wear the helmets and fasten the safety belts, whether they are riding motorcycles or driving automobiles so as to ensure the safety of themselves and those beloved.
