Abstract: Under the influence of globalization and economic integration, the commodities, technology and capital flow rapidly in the world, making the economic exchanges among the countries more frequent. To achieve the rapid development, it is urgent for China to establish good intercommunication relations with the developed countries. It is mentioned in “Made in China 2025” that manufacturing industry is a major part of national economy, which is the fundamental for building a nation, the instrument for rejuvenating a nation, the foundation for strengthening a nation, as well as a source of energy for the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Since the beginning of the industrial civilization in the mid-18th century, the rise and fall of the great powers in the world and the struggle of the Chinese nation have proved over and over again that there would be no prosperity for the country and nation without strong national defense and manufacturing industries, and the great goal of a socialist power would not be achieved. Therefore, it is the only way to improve the comprehensive strength of China and guarantee the national security to train high-quality talents and serve the international competitive industries. For the engineering graduate students in the universities, it is necessary to offer the courses fully taught in English through necessary English training. This can deepen the graduate students’ understanding of the subject and stimulate them to study the advanced technology of foreign countries. The courses fully taught in English are offered to further enhance their English proficiency, enhance their ability to communicate internationally, enable them to express their ideas clearly and write scientific papers in English.
